Since 1986, Reilingen has had a local history museum for rural handicrafts and trades in one of the most beautiful and oldest half-timbered houses in the community. Traditionally, the Reilinger lived from agriculture. The federal road B-39 (Speyer-Sinsheim) leads past Reilingen to the north. The BAB-6 (Mannheim-Heilbronn) and BAB-5 (Frankfurt-Karlsruhe) autobahns run to the east.
